Fees & Rebates
Fees for individual consultations are outlined below:

Medicare Rebates: To be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate, please visit your General Practitioner and obtain a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) and referral prior to your first appointment. AZ Psychological Services requests that a copy of your MHTP and referral be provided via email upon booking an appointment.Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or postpone your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, otherwise you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee for the session.
